Levels

Levels are named by what a student can already do, never by school year. An M.2 student who cannot do fractions is placed in Foundation, and you are told why.

Maths

English

Not offered, and we say so: no Chinese, no Thai language, no social studies, no P.1–P.3, no university tutoring, no online-only classes.

What we do when it is not working

Published before you pay, not after.

When	What we do
Week 3, not moving	The teacher calls you. Not a note — a call.
Week 4, still not moving	We propose moving her down a level, and explain what she is missing.
If you decline the move	We continue at the current level and say plainly that we do not expect it to work.
If you accept and it is still wrong	The remaining weeks are refunded in full.
Homework not done three times	The teacher calls. Repeatedly not done, and we ask you to stop paying for the term.
